Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing does not occur on weekends or US public holidays. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.

Standard domestic delivery takes 3–7 business days after shipping. Actual delivery time depends on your location and the carrier's current load. Orders placed before major holidays may take longer.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders — the threshold is displayed in your cart.

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on your location and the size of your order. You'll receive the carrier name and tracking number by email within 24–48 hours of your order shipping.

Track your order at any time on our Track Your Order page. Tracking information typically updates within 24–48 hours after the shipping confirmation email. If tracking shows no movement after 3 business days, contact us.

We ship to all 48 contiguous US states. For Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us before ordering for a shipping quote.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempt, the carrier will typically hold the package for pickup or attempt redelivery. Additional re-shipping fees for returned packages are the buyer's responsibility. Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
